Papayas are also suuuuper easy to cut and when ever I cut one open I feel like I'm using the sharpest knife in the world, like my butter knife goes right through it and I just melt when ever I cut one. uGH, ok... enough of that.. Anyway, Papaya's are literally one of, if not the most, cooliest fruits out there because not only do they taste sweet (and I'm not talking sour strawberry sweet or pear sweet, I'm talking the just right kinda sweet. It's not too sweet or too unsweet... it's just right... oh yea), but they're pretty healthy too!
Papayas are rich in Vitamin C and just consumption of one papaya is able to give you twice as much as nutrition for your day (They're also an antioxidant!). Papayas are great for smoothing skin and healing, inflammation, and digestion. They are also known to prevent diseases/illnesses such as Asthma, Diabetes, Heart diseases, Bone diseases, and even Cancer! In a society where Cancer is a becoming the number one leading causes to death and Heart diseases actually being the leading cause to death, it would not hurt to start consuming food that will help our bodies fight and/or naturally prevent these illnesses.
There are many ways to incorporate Papayas in you're daily diet. One of the ways I do this is by making them into a smoothie! It's really simple all you need is a blender (obviously), the fruit, ice (if ya want), and milk! If you're lactose intolerant, no worries, you don't need milk (but if you really want to use milk try other alternatives such as soy milk, or almond milk) to make it a smoothy, the milk just makes it lighter. When cutting the Papaya you don't have to cut the skin off because it's edible and just as tasty as the insides and it's rich with health benefits! But only do this if you're sure the skin of your papaya is clean! I usually take the skin off...
I added a pineapple in it because it makes it look fancier :) and also because pineapples are super good for you and your taste buds! Anyway...
